Pour a simple foundation (such as the footer shown above). Home can be installed on either a slab, a basement or a crawlspace, the choice is up to the homeowner !			Once your foundation is complete you install your floor joists and sub-floor decking.

Next, wall panels are installed (usually completed in about half a day with a crew of about 3-4 people)			Wall panels are easy to install as each 4'x 8' x 6 5/8" panel weighs only 125 lbs

Panels fit together almost like a puzzle with 3"x 5 1/2" thermal splines placed in between
